VFC x Robinson Arms Outer Barrel Replacement

Hey everyone. I'm a really dumb newbie. I bought this XCR online:

The outer barrel is about 15.5" long. I like that the inner barrel is that long, but I want to put a suppressor on the end because looks. I figure I could get a shorter outer barrel and hide the excess inner barrel with my suppressor. If I attach it now it adds another 5 inches and the gun just becomes unwieldy.

My problem is I don't know what outer barrels fit into the body. I've tried searching for shorter barrels specifically for the XCR, but I've only found M4/M16 outer barrel replacements. Does any standard barrel work? I'm looking for something around 11.5" or 12".

The XCR outer barrels are unique, you'll have to get an XCR barrel. Contacting VFC directly or finding someone to trade is really your only option.
