MP5 hopup.
So this one has been plaguing me for a while. I've got this... well, it started TM but it's now a TM/G&G/ICS/godknowswhatelse hybrid, but whatever.
Let's just go with TM because it is a TM hopup in there. As you fire, the hopup slowly slacks off. I've tried filing down a washer to "shim" the hopup because it's just a friction setting hoping that would tighten it up. Is there a way to recover this or am I looking for new parts?

tape or putty the lever in place. You can get silicone earplugs from shoppers drugmart, that shit is mushy and maliable, and never hardens but probably stiff enough to keep the lever from moving around one you have it set.

Try a new hop unit? Shouldn't cost more than 45-50$ at most. Hell a neo strike is 50$.
