Skeleton Arms or KJW?
Hi there,
First post but a fairly simple question I hope! I currently own a KWA 1911 PTP Mk 3 after numerous clearsoft rifles and pistols, but I am super interested in owning a glock, always have been. I'm stuck between the skeleton sidearms SS17 or KJW G23. I understand here that the SS17 isn't much for gamers but I don't intend to, I really just like the appeal of the full size glock with safety trigger and what not. For 99$ it seems like not a terrible price for the gun involved, then again the KJW is available for 20$ more, I do tend to overcare for my guns with lots of cleaning and what not, so my question really is should I bite the bullet on price or aesthetics, or will this gun be just about what I'm looking for. Thanks in advance whoever |

Skeleton Arms or KJW?
Holy hell, KJW every time! Skeleton is about bottom of the barrel.
Parts and upgrades for KJW are much more widely available, and KJW's quality is far above Skeleton. Spend that extra bit of coin and get a gun that'll stay with you for a long time. It speaks well of you that you care for your BB throwers, but the quality of components in the gun must be considered carefully. My vote is KJW. Hey thanks for the answer! I figured the answer would be as such, I appreciate the input though as it would probably be a pretty regrettable buy! Thanks again !

I back what siggypoo said.
KJW G23 is by far better than the SS17 in every way. The only thing SS17 has going for it is its full sized. The KJW G23 is compact. |

My shopping is almost strictly on ASC. Soz, bud.
Also, welcome to the forums. Before long you too will be drooling, wearing a hockey helmet, riding short busses, and eating red crayons. Location: YYZ VOR 062 radial, 17.5 DME FL5280 |

Tho looking sideways, at We, isn't a terrible thing. I'm having a blast, swapping stuff between my HiCapa and KP05, lol.

KJW > WE >>> Skeleton Sidearm
When it comes to a certain retailer with a nice domain name… Their prices are not as bad as in the past but I still won't buy those clearsoft and rebranded stuff from them.
