Talking How do you like your Ghillies?

I like my Ghillies in a Dark/Lighter Woodland Pattern. It's really easy to blend in with a deep forest environment, mixes in better than Green IMO. Unless you find like a darker green with a mix of lighter green/dry grass, then maybe you'll make yourself a nice Bush Wookie

They can be very hot, heavy and make it difficult to access you gear. They blend in really really well, but are very obvious if you move. I stopped trying to utilize mine for airsoft.

True that. A well cammed boonie hat with a veil attached to it does surprisingly well. Once in position, turn the hat around and toss the veil over your rifle. Attach some natural foliage to it via 550 cord and you're laughing. Use light colours for scrim, it's always easier to add dark to bright than other way around, also during sunny days you will cast a shadow darker than the foliage around you, you don't want to be dark to begin with.

My ghillie is more than 50% natural vegetation. By base is light brown but I will match everything with the ground where I will be.

There is no fashion in this.

Also, I now use a "viper hood" type ghillie. It's light and more breathable than my old BDU type ghillie suit. I roll it and store it in my gear when moving and wear it only for the stalking phase.

Put some 3d camo shit on, don't fkn move. You're playing airsoft against a guy who wrote a shitty limerick on a Denny's bathroom wall, he's never gonna see you. If you ever find yourself on the field with ShaDo CDN_stalker or some other Druid Airsoft sniper, switch sides, sell your 3rd born, whatever, just creep and observe. If you ever find yourself in the shit and need to do what has to be done, do what marac said.
