Is that a CADPAT parka?

Just checking. I'm wondering if I'm crazy or not, but this thing certainly looks like a CADPAT parka.

Can anyone confirm? It doesn't seem to be the one the reg force is issued, at least not from the pics I've found. Is that a commercial CADPAT parka or something else?

EDIT: ICE Tactical's website doesn't show the parka anymore, could it be that one?

Almost 100% sure that is CADPAT AR.

And what panzergrenadier said, earlier version didn't have the full velcro arm pocket I think.

Yes it is a Drop Zone waterproof jacket. The were a pers buy. They were a lot better than the issued jacket. They cost a lot but worked very well. To have more Velcro we use liqued sew and glue on a bigger peice.
Drop Zone has stopped makeing them as they can't get the material in Arid or TW as it is a controled item, I had one of each and was one of the best buy I made from them.

Thanks guys. I found that surprising that among all products on the market (and the already pretty decent Patagonia, Beyond or Wild Things stuff they get issued) we'd see CADPAT stuff on US SOF.
