WE AK74UN Front sight removal
I've recently found a nice set of handguards I'd like to swap for on my WE AK74UN but now I can't remove the front sight set that is holding them into place. I've removed a punch and the small grub screw on the bottom portion of the sights. I can wobble the peice very lightly but I can't seem to loosen it enough to pull it off. It shouldn't require this much force to pry off, I'm worried I'll cause a damage if I continue. Is there something I'm missing?

Check out the RA-Tech wood kit installation on youtube, explains very well. The flash hider comes out like a CW nut, then you have to loose the set screw under the flash hider adapter, and then remove it like CCW flash hiders. IIRC there is another set screw to remove, but not sure, anyways, pretty straight forward when both threaded parts are out.
