opinion on my L85A1

I'm just looking for an opinion on my L85A1, any good? I put a couple things here and there, there is more to come! I'd just like an opinion

Me gusta :O Only thing I would suggest would be a rail cover that doesn't protrude. And perhaps an optic. Nothing overkill, just a SUSAT or Elcan or somethin.

Very nice! I agree with Madrigal on both points.
I've never been fond of the full rail covers, on any rifle, just my opinion
I'm particularly fond of this fellows take on a RIS l85 dmr

That being said I'd tweak a thing or two on his as well.

It looks a lot better than the standard L85s imo, I wouldn't change a lot.

In regards to the handguards, if it works for you keep it that way.

Personally I'd like it with a Trijicon SRS sight or EoTech Holosight on it, something different than the Susat Sight.

Index clips instead of rail covers.

Move your post grip away from your trigger.

Thanks for the opinions. I'm going to probably go with the Eotech sight, and go with the index clips. I just got a grenade launcher for it as well but with the shroud it won't fit on the rails so I ordered the stand alone kit for the grenade launcher. I'll send more pictures when it's got the New stuff

i personally like way the foregrip looks. Though i havnt tried it, looks like you can achieve a nice tight stance with it.
Have you ever thought of getting a peq box for it?

I agree with ArchAngel, you could probably do something similar to a magwell grip with the vert grip so far back. See how you like it but I know most people set theirs up really far forward like how everyone does with their Magpul AFG's.

Put the foregrip further forward so you can C-grip the hell outta' it! The L85 is only for badasses. So, if you're not a badass, you should probably just give up now. However; if you ARE a badass, then this is for you.

Thanks for the replies! And well Arch Angel I actually just bought a battery box for the battery so. Otherwise I don't know what else yo out on it. I ordered the index clips, an eotech, and a small M16 mag since I like the look of it with the smaller clip. Anything else?
