Anyone know if someone makes this helmet?

Hey guys so I came across this picture I think on ehobby's Facebook and was wondering if anyone knows if this is actually made? I have no idea what to Google to search this.

You could probably build something similar (not identical but close) using an airframe, a shemagh and a molded face shield ...

Then where does your NVG go?

Joking. Mandibles and visors are made for use by gunners, i.e. aerial door gunners and chaps up top on the .50 in armored vehicles. When you dismount, you take it off so you can aim properly with your individual weapon.
