Recommend me a water-resistant/waterproof softshell jacket

I already have the Beyond Glacier Shock (ala PCU L5) and an eVent softshell.

Too much product in the Arcteryx line to know which one is best for my needs and don't have the $$$ to buy and try every one of them

TAD Stealth hoodie/LT is far too pricey for me.

Looking for a softshell that is far more water resistant that the Beyond jacket (its water resistance after 1 year is shocking), but maintain its breathability.Wanting something for everyday use as well as airsofting. Having a hood is a must as well.

Would love to have the Allwin Stealth Hoodie (DinTex) but looks like no one sells them anymore except for Royal Tiger Gear, and the shipping charges is... exuberant.
