Question regarding the Importation of the G&P Complete M4 Metal Receiver & Gearbox Airsoft AEG ProKit
Hello! This is my first post.
I'm 16 and I'm somewhat familiar with the Canadian airsoft regulations. I know the laws regarding the import of airsoft guns outside of Canada (366-407FPS = Unrestricted). However, lately I have came to wonder if a Gearbox attached to a Full Metal Receiver could be imported into Canada. I know lower receivers are prohibited from entry to Canada for a while now. Evike claims The G&P Complete M4 Metal Receiver & Gearbox Airsoft AEG ProKit it shoots between "360-450 FPS" depending on the setup. Since this is not a full gun, I wonder if the same laws apply. Will CBSA seize the item, lower receiver only, or my entire shipment (I plan to order a few more items.)? So in short my question is will I be able to import the G&P Complete M4 Metal Receiver & Gearbox Airsoft AEG ProKit? If links are not allowed please feel free to de-link it. (I'm not sure whether this counts as a 18+ item) Here's the item: http://www.evike.com/product_info.php?products_id=42014 Last edited by Mint; August 31st, 2013 at 20:44.. |

A gearbox by itself can't fire a projectile, therefore I very much doubt it'd make it across the border in that sense.
