Scratch built airsoft guns Thread.

Hey, Ive seen alot of scratch built guns on ASC and on other websites from around the globe. Im fascinated by some of the custom builds when they are of guns that arent built by normal manufacturers or are not commonly seen guns. Be it a gun built using the body and or other parts from various guns or if its completely scratch built from the ground up with CNC custom machining. Im hoping to start a thread which where i can collect all the links and videos and pictures of peoples custom built guns and create a thread for all who are interested in such things to enjoy. And hopefully people can contribute their finds here for all to see.

Ill start with posting a link to a custom made HK GMG (grenade machine gun) which would be the equivelent of the US MK19. Its from a french airsoft site, so i cant even understand what they are talking about but i really enjoyed the build pictures.

Custom built China lake launcher by Renegadecow. I realize some of you have seen this before, but for those of you who have not, its pretty cool.

Another grenade launcher from Renegade cow(Im a fan of this guys now). This one is the Vietnam XM148 which came before the more popular m203.

This next one is a custom built AW50 that a guy built using a star aw338. Its just a cosmetic upgrade but it was done very well IMO.http://www.airsoftretreat.com/forums...?topic=61379.0

Renegade does some AWESOME stuff with PVC sheets that apparently he custom makes out of PVC pipes. I'm not sure what he does but I think he's hinted at being in movies/props or something like that. He's got a few more projects on Arnies and Filairsoft I think.

I've got something in the works right now but it's on hiatus right now. tl;dr it's an AR15 but different from what 99% of the people here will have (spoiler without giving too much away; the upper receiver doesn't have a dust cover).

Anyone remember Killbucket? He had some pretty sweet franken guns.

He has a lot of threads pick and choose what tingles your funny spots.

Okay maybe not that wild, it's still in the AR15 family. It's probably something that doesn't appeal to most airsofters that love rails on rails on rails on their rifles and fitting it with everything including a kitchen sink and railed beer can holder.

I just have to get it all together and do some final tweaking. It's all off the shelf parts though. Think, simplistic and clean.

S&t is actually rumoured to be the ones manufacturing them(AR57). An AR15 platform but top fed with p90 mags. Kind od the one-night-stand scenario. Just 2 lonely guns one night decide to hook up and that is the result....
