Finally! NeverWet coating available for real
I've been waiting for this thing to be available for real for years
You can be sure I'll spray every single inch of everything with this stuff, then I might die of cancer or something, but stuff will be clean and dry! :P http://youtu.be/_4PShebMF4Y In sale at Home Depot in the US right now, distributed by Rust-oleum available in Canada later this year at home depot as well (I asked them, that was their answer) Goggles anyone? Might be the best antifog there is.... I hope |

I'm willing to give it a shot on some older goggles.

Dries to a "milky White" coating... I'd say that would not be good for goggles..

"Fog of war" is the most appropriate joke I can make about that.

Hmm...what about coating an AEG with it as rain-proofing? Ooo, or coating the floor with it and creating an indoor skating rink! Coating an umbrella; a hat (ending the reign of terror of pigeons everywhere)...hey, if you can coat a toilet brush, why not the toilet itself so you never have to clean it? So many applications... <drools>

Not Eye Safe, Pretty Boy Maximus on the field take his picture!

AEG's are already pretty much waterproof.
MOSFETs just need to be protected from rain, as long as they don't sit in a puddle or directly in the rain they're fine. Also don't wrap them in plastic wrap because that just drowns it in water. And I imagine it would make your BDU's glare.... If you really hate getting wet, either buy goretex, or don't play in the rain lol For real men, there's softshells =p |

Noticed my Homedepot had it, so I swung by and got it!
Will apply it tomorrow and see how it works. Will be going on a pair of leather boots.
