Quick survey about airsoft stores

Hey guys, i know it might be a little troublesome but could you guys help me do a quick survey for a economics essay?

1. How frequently do you purchase bb guns or accessories?

2. Which of the factors below are types of things you consider when choosing a store to purchase from? (Answer example: "2. Price, Quality of service")

Price
Familiarity with the shop
Range of accessories/guns
Quality of service

3. If you are a repeating customer of any stores, Why do you purchase from the same shop?

I hope im not posting in the wrong section or doing anything wrong so i'll apologize in advance if I wasn't supposed to put a survey here :P

3.i purchase mostly from the same 3 shops due to the staff and quality of products. I also use a cpl other shops but they are either online or the service is lacking.

1. Gun maybe one or two a year, accessories once a month or so
2. Price. I pick what gun I want, then I find where the cheapest place to get it is.
3. I'm a regular customer at airsoftparts.ca because he ships same day or next day, he has what I need and I know he will take care of his customers. As for other shops I buy out of convenience, generally because I work nearby or something.

1. Guns not that often, accessories once every month or 2.
2. Price, service, familiarity, selection
3. No issues with shipping OR they've communicated well when there's an issue with my order. Also the physical shops I go to are run by friends so we're usually business "friends with benefits"

1. About twice a month

2.(a) When buying gun or gear: range of options and price.
(b) When getting gun upgraded/fixed or looking for info: quality of staff/service.

3. Because of their quality of staff/service. However I have only purchased 1 of my 7 airsoft guns from them. I buy the gun I want where has it and has it for the lowest price. However when I need upgrades, fixes, info/advice, etc. I go to the same shop because of their staff.

1. Depends, I'd say bi-monthly or monthly. I've been preparing for a big game recently so I spend a bit more than usual.

2. Price for nearly anything. There is only one Airsoft shop near me, so when I don't need to try clothing or need gear advice, I shop the best price online.

(Also, Airsoft is a hobby/sport where everything is constantly out of stock, so it's hard to be loyal to a single shop)

3. When the price is the same across multiple stores, I look for retailer that have presence here, or retailer that are known to care about their customers. That allows me to ask question about a product or anything before ordering. That also ensures me I won't be screwed if a mistake was to happen in my order.

2. Whether I will actually get what I purchased matters most (I'm not purchasing from evike), then selection, then price.

1) Once a week right now because i'm currently building a gun, but once everything is bought I would say once a month.

2) The price, the quality of the service and the quickness of shipping (In Country shops), the variety of aftermarket parts and how fast they restock them.

3) I usually go with the shop(s) with who I got an overall good experience, and I also support local vendors (Ont and Qc mostly).

2. Price is one factor. Selection is huge for me though, as often I am looking for something specific. for airsoft stuff I would much rather be able to see it and hold it in person to make sure I like it before getting it.

3. I repeat the same few shops because of friendly staff, nice environment, and because they have what I want there.

1. Approximately once a month, that frequency will double if I am working on a project.

2. Customer service is the biggest one for me on or offline, second is selection, followed closely by price (the more I can get from one source the better as to save on shipping even if prices are slightly higher).

3. Generally I will purchase from the same store if they meet my criteria above (good service, selection, price, etc) if they do I have no reason to go elsewhere. I also like to shop locally (Ontario) so I frequently use the same sources.
