Question on Insurance
Hey guys
Did a search but nothing specific came up. I am wondering if any of you know of any companies that offer insurance for airsoft fields/games? Those allowing minors would also be preferred (16, 17) if that is possible. I know paintball fields have it so there must be some available for airsoft too. Thanks in advance! |

The Americans have a much much larger airsoft market than we do and their insurance companies are still fairly nacent on this topic, though becoming aware of it. I'm not sure what people are buying for games in Canada, but we can't be that much farther ahead if not plainly behind. Either way it is pretty clear that airsoft has its own distinct risks and types of injuries.

It's paintball insurance for paintball fields getting an Okay from their company (I believe there is only one paintball insurance company in all of Canada, or atleast Ontario)

There are, to my knowledge, 2 insurance companies that provide insurance to paintball fields in Canada. Most paintball fields that are now offering airsoft have gotten a special 'rider' attached to their policy to allow them to hold airsoft games under their policy.
I would suggest contacting a local paintball field to find out who their insurance broker is and contact that insurance company.

that would be exellent spaceman, this is what were currently going through as well, we got permission on an epic couple hundred acres of airsoft graceland, the only hitch is some form of liabillity insurance for the land owners piece of mind, one were more then willing to do, just need to find a direction instead of twisting in the wind.

Insurance really helped us on that matter like playing in a abandoned industrial dairy farm.
Operation Satan's Workshop 2011 - YouTube Great place for winter games when there is to much snow And we will get to play on a way bigger farm in June. Insurance is what owners usually ask for to play on their property.
