DEVGRU Gear Help
Hello Everyone,
I have a few questions for everyone. In the picture I was wondering if the plate carrier was a AOR1 LBT 6094A? I am not 100% so feel free to correct me if I am wrong. Second, the other question is what is the AOR2 camouflage velcro attachment on it? That is the thing I am most interested in. I thought that was very unique and I have never seen anything like that and would like to know more about it. Is is an administration pouch? Lastly, Is the helmet a MICH 2001 w/ Wilcox L2G05 Mount? Thank you very much for looking and any info sent my way will be much appreciated. |

YESSIR you are correct on both counts 1 x 6094A PC. The helmet is a MICH 2001 with the Wilcox L2G05 Mount. Verified this off the wilcox site for you. The Patch I believe you are taking about is on the shoulder strapping Correct? If so this is, I believe a personal operator Mod, as are the tactical rubber bands, as USSOCOM allows alot of leaway when it comes to personal gear to Operators. If not the shoulders strapping and its the green one on the front that is known as Tactical Unit Removal Device (TURD) and is there so you cannot ID his unit as he is too fucking lazy to remove his patch. When I was in, (The TA) it seemed like the whole of the British Army was held together with Duct tape and elastic bands. Totally indispensable they are.....

Early model 6094a it looks like, they don't have the pull tab on top anymore .. (unless my research has been a total failure)
