Ordering rare BASR parts from Japan Tax?

Just wondering what kind of importation duties I would have to pay on 650$ of parts im having imported from japan, looked all over Canada, could not find these parts.

Depends on how they're classified. With the destination being Quebec, you can bet on GST and Provincial Sales tax, plus possibly anywhere from 8-32% duties (again, depending on what they get classified as).
