Toronto Airsoft sent me a broken gun
So i finally get my WE G39k in the mail. Take it home, open the box up, take it out of the bag , take a look at it and all of a sudden Part #24 falls out of the gun.. Not knowing what it is i shoot the gun a couple times and i realize i can throw the bb farther..In closer look Part #24 has broken right off the hop up half is on and have is sitting on my table.. This is the piece..I want the the entire hopup assembly replaced or i want a new gun now.. I didn't pay $300 for a broken gun. This is ridiculous

Only Toronto Airsoft website as far as I know. They also have a live help thing, but probably not tomorrow as they are at TAC12.

have you tried using our several ways of contact to resolve this issue? Everyone on the boards here knows that we uphold out 30 day factory warranty on all WE items purchased through us. Hello torontoairsoft. I was told last Friday you guys will be mailing me part #24 this Tuesday today. I have yet to recieve an email with tracking number or any confirmation if it.would be mailed out today. I try to call and email no answer. Pls help thank you

Part #24 is on its way via letter mail, you should get it sometime this week.
