CAR Type Stock for RS Buffer Tube

Short version of the story is that I accidentally dropped my WE M4 about a foot onto my floor stock first, and while the gun itself is okay the stock... kinda... shattered.

Anyway, I'm wondering what the difference between the following two is and if they'll fit a Milspec RS Buffer Tube. One seems to have AEG mounting accessories and the other WA type, but I can't explain the different finishes. I don't need any of the mounting hardware, since I already have the buffer tube, and I think it should fit since my last stock was a TM AEG CAR Type Stock. However, never hurts to be sure.
