vfc sopmod m4 front sight
ok so i can not get the front sight off my my m4. I saw the 2 bottom pegs that need to come out but no matter what i do they will not budge. any ideas?

Might be a hex set screw at the bottom of the sight near the swivel.

i saw that but i was watching vids on the internet. the pins need to come out but they will not move no matter how hard i try to hit them out

Hit them harder. Brace the sight on something solid but has a hole for the pins to drop through.

i put it against a wall and hammered the hell out of them. im worried if i hit harder im going to break the gun

Does the pins have a round side and a flat side?

The pins in my steel triangle were in so tight a 2 ton press was used to push them out.
In either case if you are trying to hammer it out, make sure you support the sight only and not the outer barrel. The barrel is probably alum and will bend. |

you need concrete! I tried in my appartment and done nothing but noise. Wood absorbs too much energy I guess!
Only toke me 10 seconds with a hammer, a punch and a concrete curb |
