TM SV Infinity 5.1 Sight-Tracker Pistol
Sorta fulfilling my plan to build a 2011 in year 2011, I built this after a summer break from airsoft messing around with my car....
Started out as an idea to build a gun around the new Prime CNC grip for Hi-Capa, I had to basically choose what kind of gun I want to build, and what style I want to go with. Initially I had wanted a 4.3 size gun, as I've yet to build something in that range with this platform. But the lack of attractive options(and options in general) steered me toward this ProG4 kit. Hybrid slide(as per usual), all black set(vs the usual 2 tone). The style is sorta a mix between a carry gun and a race gun....at the moment I don't want to use the magwell...but that might change... With my last SV hybrid...also got a new hammer... Parts Break Down: TM Hi-Capa 5.1(still got a base gun in the end, thought about scratch building though, used the disconnector, valve resetting thing, hop-up unit, BBU, floating valve and various springs for the rear sight.) ProG4 sight-tracker Infinity Hybrid slide and frame set ProG4 front fiber optic sight Prime Infinity Micro Pocket CNC grip(includes MSH, mag release with button, and magwell that is not used) ProG4 SV wirecut rear hammer ProG4 Trigger Bow PDI Jaggy Trigger Nova CNC fiber optic steel adjustable rear sight SD Nozzle with stock floating valve PDI Raven 6.01 inner barrel Nine Ball Hop-up packing ProG4 guide rod Airsoft Surgeon Recoil spring Airsoft Surgeon Hammer spring Airsoft Surgeon Piston Nova Slide release Nova Ambi thumb safety Nova Grip Safety |

I have been quietly following your builds for a number of years now and they never cease to amaze me. This one is just unreal. You really blurred the lines between a no nonsense carry 1911 and a 2011.
Beautiful build. |

If you're not going to use the magwell, I'd say to at least use the stock MSH pin... that upgraded one protruding like that is a bit unsightly (to me, anyways.) lol. It breaks the clean lines.
But other than that, the build is hawt secks. |

Yeah the fit with the stock pin is VERY tight....I wasn't going to try to hammer it in all the way until the tuning is a bit more refined....
I also noticed that the magwell with this grip doesn't work with any base pad(not even the stock 5.1 one) aside from the Infinity style, or ones similar to it.... |
