muzzle thread size?

I just bought an ares m4 ar-020 looked through the small book it came with tried my friend good old google. But for the life of me could not find the thread size of the muzzle. I'm looking for it because i was hoping to find a silencer for it. Any hand tools i could use to measure the thread or does anyone know the thread size any help would be great.

If it's a clone of say, a TM or such, that'll broaden your search ability and give you the answer quickly.

It's probably 14mm. You could use a caliper to measure it.

Looks like it's a typical style of M4, and a company like Ares isn't likely to design something from scratch, so high chance they copied. So there is an excellent chance you can buy a standard suppressor and it'll fit.

If you look at ares website all the AR flash hiders they sell are 14mm + so it is a safe bet they make all their AR's able to use the accessories they sell.
