Hate to burst your bubble but you will need to be 18 to purchase and play at most places.
A good start is for you to read all the frequently asked questions (It answers your question about what gun to buy) Then after reading for about a month if you are serious about it come to a game with your parents. Good luck and happy reading.

He's right.
As Predator once told me, Read for as long as you can and as much as you can. Then when you think you've read enough, read some more. Airsoft is a touchy sport to get into; it can mess up your life should you play irresponsibly or mess up your bank account should you jump at it too soon  The FAQ that helped me the most would have to be Meat's Newbie Guide But make sure to read alot more then just that faq. Cheers! |

On the top of the screen where you see a blue menu bar, go to Community then scroll down to Ontario. You should see a list of places where they hold games.

If you go back to the main page of this board, there's a forum called "Games and Event Schedules", which surprisingly enough, has the schedules for games and events.

This Sunday (12th june) you could come out and meet some of the guys in Caledon at dragon Ops (formerly Deadlands) Bring your parents to also meet with us and your education can begin there. Ask for Shrike.
I suggest you keep reading the FAQ's, Sooooo much info is there, took me 3 weeks to put a little dent in it.

is it possible
:| forgot to ask you do some team accept minors(18 years) into their team?
|
|

Even if the teams do (And I don't know of any that will unless you've proven yourself to be very mature, respectable and responsible) certain fields have firm rules that prevent minors from playing Unless the parents come along and sign a waver aswell.

Don't worry about a team, I played for a year without one.
Look under the game and events find Sunday june 13 Dragon ops and look in there for a link to how to get there. Basically 401 west to 410 north go until 410 ends and turns into heart lake road, keep going north for about 30-45 minutes at one point there is a right then left jog at a main intersection keep going until you hit Charleston sideroad, left onto charleston and the first driveway on your right (you'll see horse signs and possibly the old deadlands sign at the front) EDIT and I did already say to bring your parents right?

Come on sunday, you will not be buying that day. Come out, look around meet people ask questions. You will not be allowed to play (even if you have a gun) as you are too young BUT read more, all the answers to your questions are here. People will not help you unless you help yourself.
You are excited (we all were and are about airsoft) but you have time so you may as well learn while waiting.
