My will be VERY BAD experience with airsoft-club.com
I order 5 items from airsoft-club.com and in 3 days time it will be the beginning of the 4th weeks of waiting. Mind you on the confirmation order form, they stated "International shipping will take 7-14 days" ... Is that a lie?
Plus I 've send an email to them on the beginning of the 3rd weeks asking for the order status... No reply yet. Anyone else have this problem with them?

Has it been shipped? If so it's probably in customs.

They finally reply only after I mention I will report this on ASC.
Its funny that most if not all international retailers always blame on custom. I've been dealing with numerous international mail-order from Asia (HK, Taiwan and China) for the last 15 years for all kind of stuffs and I can tell you custom was NEVER the cause of delays, unless if its illegal stuffs and my order was mags and a bi-pods. I know because I order similar items from UN company 2 months ago and it came a bit after 2 weeks. So friends if any international retailers blame the delay on customs they are bullshitting you!

Now one thing is for sure, airsoftclub.com lie about the "international shipping 7-14 days" policy. Yup this is becoming a real nightmare.

Yes, that's how long it will take to get to your country. The have no control over how long customs delays it.

Like I said I've been dealing with Asia for the last 15 years for business and personal and nothing like this ever happened. Unless its got lost or wasn't shipped at all. And I don't know where you're from buddy but in Montreal, if it got stop by customs it will take up to 3 extra days not 3 extra WEEKS for small package to residence address. If it was send to a business address then up to 6 months is a possibility ps. Yes I owned my business for 20 years and still running and I do my own clearance haft of the time so yes I know very well how customs works, thank you for asking

I just got a package from the US today and as usual I do my own clearance at Customs Canada and since I'm there I asked the agent who was serving me about the waiting time when Customs decided to inspect... answer: 48-72hrs (as we already know) and then I asked about the few weeks to a few months waiting time... the answer? "the sender been red flagged." To cut the story short, when a sender been "red flagged", anything coming from that sender will be stop automatically for inspection with no prejudice and that could take forever. Why? because that sender been caught sending prohibit items to Canada. So!, I know I may ask for the moon here but if possible could ASC provide a list of retailers who been red flagged so when we order from them we know to not expected anything anytime soon... How? any report from members like you and me who have to wait longer then it should thats when you know something is wrong. This is not to give the seller a bad reputation but a warning to buyer/members of the truth on the waiting time so they(me) won't go insane when it took longer then usual
