Well g96 Problems

I have to fairly major issues with my new WELL G96 sniper. Firstly it's FPS is low mid 200s. Secondly I have sheared off the bolt catch. Do any of you know how I can fix these problems? I pulled the bolt back to hard, fast and far and it sheared the bolt catch. I have had this thing since just after Christmas with only blinking in my basement. The low velocity maybe do to the cold air in my basement but even so that seems really low.
Thaks in advance for any help you guys can give me.

Fix problem: Don't buy it again. Honestly, the G96 is not a good option for a sniper rifle. It has crap internals (as you've seen), and is nothing but a bottomless money pit.

If it arrived stock shooting in the 200s like you said, the spring is defective, and if you want to pursue upgrading it and all, buy a m100 laylax spring, a new spring guide, cylinder, cylinder head, and everything else.

IMO, just try to fix it up slightly enough so you can sell it and buy a TM VSR10, or at the very least, a UTG L96

That's the same gun.

Isn't the G96 their Gas version?

With gas guns being even with namebrand stuff... I can't see how clones would acheive much at all.
