KJW metal lower?
The son and I were looking at lowers for the KJW M4A1 and we came across a lot of metal lowers that you can get into Canada, but from what we read no other lower fits on the KJW. My question is " Why does it not fit, can you mod it to fit?"
Thanks, Dwayne. |

The lowers you were probably seeing were for aegs. Your m4 is gas, correct? It would be like asking why your macintosh computer case won't hold your pc guts.

you can get a metal lower from dlask armories in bc.they are 99.percent finished.so they are not considered a fire arm.and are perfectly legal to ship.all yo need is a good machinist to finish it for you.
considering the lower reciever from dlask is a real steel lower.but it should fit and work. with minor machining.

Yes it is a gbbr. I was just wondering though if you can take a metal lower and machine it to fit?

awe ok. From what i hear the only way you can get metal lowers for the KJW is if you get someone that already has one to sell you one, which is slim to none or get a retailer to bring one in from KJW, which is hard again.

Check the retailer section. At least one retailer does custom orders.

Ok. I was looking at pictures and i was comparing the We tech M4 and the KJW M4, and the only differences i see is the back of the receivers, unless their trigger system inside is different also?

WE, KJW, WA systems all have different internals and externals and can't be mixed and matched between them.

They're ENTIRELY different.
The only lower that'll work on a KJ, is a KJ, or an aftermarket one designed for a KJ (which I don't thing there are any readily available yet) |
