What GBB can take suppressors well?
I'm semi interested in building a pistol that will have the accuracy and power of a decent aeg (ie TM MK23) But I dont really like the NBB aspect and I'd like to explore other options as well.
I'm thinking tightbore inner barrel through suppressor for range+accuracy. I know most GBB pistols dont like suppressors attached becuase of chamber wear from the tilting barrel. So i ask, what pistols either have non-tilting barrels that have threads, or are known to fare well with suppressors? |

Some pistols that have non-tilting barrels are:
- Beretta 92/M9 - 1911 (still some tilt) - wow this is a short list |

Unfortunately M9 with threaded barrel is pretty rare and the socomgear one I have heard some pretty bad opinions on. It is WE after all..
Illusion and airsoft surgeon makes a non-tilting barrel for the hi-capa, but are there any threaded versions of this? |

You can buy M9 threaded barrels.
But really, if you have a lightweight silencer, it probably won't matter. I used a TM tracer unit on my Hicappa threaded barrel, and that thing HEAVY. For some reason it doesn't work well now (maybe cause it wore something down). Doesn't matter because I use a stock plastic slide and barrel now. |

How about a KWA USP tactical? Or if you're feeling rich the Tanio Koba version.

Anyone use the madbull assassins barrel with their M9? That comes with a threaded barrel too.

KSC Glock 17/18 with a tightbore = same/more range/accuracy as most AEGs it'll encounter on the field

I've had a big suppresor on my TK version with no wear/cycling isssues.
What about something like a MP7 or MP9? Don't forget that all the bench accuracy in the world won't help if you can't hold the sights on target.

This is your best best.
Or, you can wait and see if they make a Px4 Storm with a threaded barrel. The barrel rotates, not tilts. Parts for non-system 7 guns have been discontinued for awhile now. You are better off getting a system 7 gun. Also, why do you not want a tilting barrel? |

The reason I'm looking to make a pistol with longer range capabilities is I'm looking to create a pistol only loadout..my pdw isnt all that accurate anyways...
another thing I'm concerned about is power. I find my ~300 fps pdw to be a little lacking...hate it when i can see someone dodging my shots. thus wanting a longer inner barrel on a gbb, push it maybe 375 fps with .2 |
