SRC AK-47 vs G&G AK-47 MAX
Hey guys just wondering wich of these aks is the best fps does not count for me because the g&g ak-47 max comes with a m100 so fps will be lowered but she does not come with a wood kit wich one is better ?
1 one :https://www.buyairsoft.ca/gandg-ak-47-rec-wd-max.html (I know its buyairsoft but there arent that bad after all ) 2 choice SRC AK47 (Gen 3) :http://www.007airsoft.com/products/h...rc-ak-gen3.htm |

This is a better choice
https://www.buyairsoft.ca/rifles/ele...7-w-s-max.html However for that kind of money you might as well buy a Real Sword Type 56 as the quality of metal on the G&G is far inferior to the STEEL used on a RS... The build of the G&G Rec series AKs is rubbish. Screws into plastic are never going to last. The SRC has a nylon receiver which is bound to fail simply because of the way the AK buttstock attaches. Buy a Real Sword Type 56 and get your monies worth... My 2cents

All I can say is that my G&G AK 103 has been a headache to upgrade externally. You will see a few threads in this forum about this rifle refusing to be modified.

G&G rifles are renowned for their ability to snap under minor pressure. Magnesium is not a strong metal. It is worse than plastic.
edit: the OP also said he wanted an AK-47. Real Sword doesnt make any AK-47s that I know of, only Chinese Type 56s which are close to AKs but not quite identical.

butthurt for not having a user title

If you can afford a RS, by all means go for it.
From experience though, just get a G&G AK47 (wood and metal though, not rec series) and if you get a metal lower you'll have a nice, solid gun. |
