Shouldering gun while wearing plates

Just wondering how people do it, I got the pantac IOTV and stick the SAPI, sSAPI in fits awesome. Problem is I can't seem to get a good place to putt the buttstock against. Either I look completely retarded and shouldering against arm or the buttstock will always be sliding away.
Any suggesting to how to fix it?

Keep in mind I just did a quick test on a fold stock AK (will be using m4 when I get it)

The relatively long LOP on AK stocks precludes users from getting a propper cheek weld when wearing armour/plates. You might have to use an adapter that'll let you mount a collapsible AR-type stock.

EEEEEEWWWWWW!!!! Blasphemy!!!!

All kidding aside about the aesthetics of an AR stock on an AK, this is actually a feasible solution, but not many AK users would willingly take that route.

square your shoulders to target, bend your knees, put your rifle stock either in the center of your chest or the right side of the plate, and squeeze it back into your plate.
Makes you significantly more accurate, and it's the best way to use a rifle while wearing plates since now your plate is facing incoming fire instead of your side.
If you don't wanna use the stance, then don't wear plates that don't protect you from BB's

AK's were designed before the word "ergonomic" was invented

Use the armour to back up the gun.. no need to get the stock in the pocket .. and less worries about cheekweld... the plate will transmit the recoil to the body.. but much dispersed.

Or .. do the # 1 airsofter solution.. get a gun with a folding stock.. and just shoot it folded .. like a good PBer should.

Like Thundercactus said.

But in combat, you will not often get the chance to adopt a good range drill position as you have to be moving and adapt to your obstacles and cover. When I can't use a proper position, I try to use my arm to "shoulder" the stock. In odd positions, it work well enough.

You can even cant the rifle sideways to shoulder it and keep a sight picture.

I find my Romanian AIMS stock fits a little better with my PACA than my full stocked AK74 ever did.

If you don't want a adjustable stock, you can use this:

I keep my rifle halfway between my shoulder and center-chest, slightly leaning forward when at rest, I kind of 'collapse' my body around the rifle to reduce my size. Anyway it works fantastic for accuracy, especially in CQB. And It's the easiest way to switch shoulders for shooting left around obstacles. All around, it just works better for me than the traditional shoot off the shoulder stance.
I had forgotten about this, and didn't realize it until I started teaching other people about it, but it's a REALLY difficult stance to maintain at first since it uses many muscle groups you don't normally use. I can hold it for a 4 hour scrim now, but most new people can't hold it for more than a few minutes before their back and arms get tired.

It's a friction and skill issue.

Friction - get something "sticky" on the rifle butt

Skill - Practice with your load out

+1
One of my heavy loadouts is a full blown CIRAS with Shoulder Pauldrons. I have no problem shouldering armalites, AK's MP5's and many others. I have noticed a painful difference when using the M14 with the stock flap up. With it folded and closed, it works fine for me.
