Marushin Super enforcer WD to M1A1 Carbine

I was just looking through an airsoft site, and came across this:

now is it me, or does it look like, with mods (replacing the metal on top with wood, extending the barrel, adding wire stock, and sanding down the trigger grip abit) will make it look just like an M1A1 Carbine. Now i saw this gun is $300, gas powered but im not sure if it is blowback. still, that would be a good mod if someone could do it.

It's close but still a lot of modding to do.

but it can work, i mean, it looks like the exact same clip, i mentioned above on what you would need to do, plus maybe do something to the rear sight aswell, just a little cosmetics there. But it is do able.

you could find a old para and mod it to fit the internals easier then modding that to a M1A1.

There's a UK site that sells the M1A1 para folding stock.

I have used them numerous times in the past for WW2 stuff.

Some day I'll get one and throw in my broken M2 Carbine furniture and most likey attach one of my uninterested in repairing M712 long mags.

It won't be airsoft it'll just be a WW2 airborne prop.

These are made so the Marushin M1 Carbines internals can be modded in.

The Enforcers internals might fit but you will still need the M1 outer barrel.

The problem with the M1 Carbine is the mags; or lack thereof.

The performance of the Marushin Carbines in general is underwhelming.

That being said I have both an M2 Carbine and an M1 Garand.

Both are fun to shoot.

I am looking for a US M1A1 folding stock airsoft; any suggested places to look?

Much appreciated.

No such thing AFAIK, you'll have to build one.
