ICS M4A1 CANSOFT Winding sound(with video)
My m4a1 keeps making a winding sound when I shoot it. The sounds to seems to be coming from the motor/pistol grip.

Adjust motor height. And it sounds like either your pinion gear or bevel gear is stripped.

When your gun starts to sound "funny" .... Stop shooting it!
but in your case, your pinion and or bevel gears are toast... |

Either your piston or your gears are stripped.
Most likely the piston (which is less expensive). |

styrak's probably right, now that I realize that ICS gears are pretty good. But not the piston though
