VFC Scar Piston challenge
I went to upgrade the piston on my SCAR L from the stock poly one over the weekend and ran into a challenge; the systema series 2 aluminum piston would fit but not cycle. The last tooth seemed to be larger than the stock one.
My question, is the VFC piston not compatible with other models, or did I just pick the wrong piston to install? Thanks in advance! Mav

Is the spring stock or did you change that too?

Sha Do helps one of the vfc retailers de-tune them when they get here and I remember him telling me he had this problem too. I think it was that the VFC piston is shorter.
PM Sha Do and he'll help you. Good luck

Thanks Schwag!
I tried both the stock spring and an aftermarket.. neither worked. I'll contact Sha Do and see what he says.
