Outer barrel extension

I try to find a retailer that sells something like that :

I'm looking for a extension at least 180mm long and CCW.
Do you guys know any ?

I'm looking for the same kind of thing, just 35-50mm long, and CCW, so I can properly mount a suppressor. Somebody has to make outer barrels in various lengths...
