My First GBBR

Bought it from Huang at Airsoft Depot

Sorry for the shitty iPhone Camera shot.

Special Thanks goes to Alfred for the nice paint job for the lower receiver.

Got to love the recoil

*Edit
EOTech 552 is a clone

So it's selector says "Safe, Semi, Auto" and it's clearly supposed to be an M4A1 Carbine, but it fires burst? That's fucked, who makes the thing?

It says auto because thats the standard for lower receivers...its a standard crappy plastic lower that was painted.

nice to see the paint went well. I'll tell you in two games of skirmish you will want to upgrade to a metal body as the plastic is pretty weak.

Start sourcing a metal body now. I had my pistol grip try to crack off of mine. Replace it ASAP.

How about AEG's? most of them are plastic are they not? my last TM M4 was fully plastic, never had a problem with body cracking.

But yes you're probably right, I'll end up getting a full metal body someday. I'm looking into a good quality G&P lower receiver. I was going to get a D-boy metal lower receiver, but people are telling me its not so good.

AEG's are different, they don't have a large recoiling metal mass to deal with every shot. The repeated impact from the bolt carrier puts too much stress on different components, especially if they're made of plastic.
