Parts Compatability M4
I have the DPMS Panther M4 field duty, I know I know. mine is currently putting out 305fps. I'm just wondering if gearbox's from VA would be compatable with it? if so can purchase other parts like rails and mags as well as grips because mine is cracked. I was reading and some people are saying the DPMS being a JG clone is not compatable with most parts and some are saying they are compatable, can anyone clear this up?

If it's the DPMS from wally world, then you'll have more trouble getting the parts to fit than what the gun is worth.

I don't understand why so many noobs (like me hehe...) buy cheap ass gun like this one and try to upgrade it... Why dont you buy a better quality gun instead of spending your $ on a shitty platform?

Thanks i figured they wouldn't be compatable and to the above lol i had this gun since christmas i'm gettin the VA M4 s-system soon anyway i just figured i would ask to see if i could salvage it into a decent gun. oh well ill use it as a learning device now
