Vietnam Flak Jacket ?

I'm wondering were I can find a repro or a real Vietnam ERA Flak Jacket that US soldier used in Vietnam ?

I want one so badly !

Medium or Large ! But do you know what's the size of the medium ?

I believe Medium is a 40 Chest... Large would be a 42.
I know the one there is a large.

My cousin has one available. Its size is Large, will fit a Medium no problem. Its real, been fielded, has actual repairs done to it.

Whats your budget for one, your looking at I think $125 if I remember his asking price.

Also, US Soldiers(Army) didn't really wear flak jackets, maybe those in camps, but not the guys going on patrol. USMC Infantry, etc wore them though.

My chest is 44, my flak is a medium, just barely fits

Ya I know in a hot and wet jungle with humidity all around those who got Flak Jacket was in hell ! But Infantry was supposed to wear them for protection in camp's to protect them from mortar fraggment etc.. I know but thank for the info

Actually I dont have realy a budget fix ! I can paid! I'm just searching for the best priced ! I've not had the chance to see all the army surplus around Quebec city yet! But I'm searching !

yupp size medum used a few times still in good condition but it just hangs in my closet i dont use it

hmmm interesting. I cant find any flak jacket on Ebay and www.mooremilitaria.com ... Does anyone know if its a good site ? And they dont have any flak Jacket....
