Knight's Armament Hand-Stop
http://www.knightarmco.com/shop2/ind...?productID=308
The Knight's Armament RIS Hand-Stop I've been looking for an airsoft version of this but without luck. If anyone knows of a source for a knock off I'd appreciate it - $50US + is a little rich for such small bit of hardware. |

Negative, it is mounted correctly. It is suposed to STOP your hand from moving too far forward. For SBR's this is especially useful as it prevents your hand from inadvertently wandering forward and getting burned from touching a hot barrel.

Really?
I thought it was supposed to be mounted like this It seems more natural to me that way, but, i don't really know what I'm talking about. EDIT: I thoughts it purpose was to be used similar to the way this stubby grip is being used EDIT AGAIN!: Like this!!

As I mentioned, for SBR's it's better to mount it like so:
Whichever works for you. Last edited by pugs144; March 10th, 2010 at 23:36.. |

I wouldn't blame yourself too much. I don't know why Star chose to name it 'finger rest', I bought one weeks ago but even I typed in hand stop when I was looking for the link to post in this thread.
