The CAD

Actual Build:

Gun hits count, don't forget!

You'll need to make up mounts for whatever gun you put this on.

This was made from 1/4" ABS, and I still have it here, somewhere...anybody wanna buy it?

You can see this is a workable firing platform- pretty much shields your face...mostly.

EDIT:ROFL- his site looks like mine: Nazi colors.
Compare:www.air-sharp.com

I know a lot of you are gonna rip me a new one for suggesting this, but the latest nerf dart gun named the stampede has a removable shield that could be repainted and used as a basis for an army of two gun-shield.

I can shamelessly admit that I have every single N-Strike blaster, and will continue to collect them, they are awesome! Really nicely designed, I can pull one out from under the couch and shoot my firends, AND my whole collection still costs less than an airsoft gun :P.

How much do you think a shield of like size would weigh if made of aircraft grade alum?

What would be real cool is if the gun-shield was made out of Polycarbonate. With a methylene chloride solvent you can make near invisible weld, so we could use the cad model by killbucket and create some sort of giant google for the gun. It would be really light and poly has been used for some bulletproof shields before; not really sure it could stop anything more powerful than a .45, but still useful.

My version.

the 40th day edition. heavyly used in airsoft - full articulation of all limps - even a 4 fan cooling system included.

with guns and ammo and water about 50 pounds.

this suit is making you angry.

Love it
