Shouldering is much more comfortable than I thought it was going to be with the patriot stock. Mostly because of the way I have the grips set up and she's balanced quite well, the stock with brick battery is pretty heavy and the red dot is a cheapo and very light although even with the much heavier sight from the other pic, feels nice too.

Damn, I didn't realise the URX 4 required a different tool to instal than the URX 3. That's annoying. I have a urx 3 nut wrench and a URX 4 handguard.

Looks like it's sold out too

Got my URX 4, feels great!

I'm looking to run a suppressor within it. Has anyone here happened to used any particular suppressor on one of these?

Turns out my KA's barrel nut was glewed, whiched caused a chip when we took it off, so I think instead of sourcing a new KA one I'm going to see about hunting down one of those MAGpul x Vltor ones.

Glad Im getting a huge tax return this year.

Do any of the clones have working solar panels or are they just decorations and runs on batteries?

I think if its a battery powered red dot, the SRS is more about the looks if you're into that style. The only advantage of a RS SRS is very long lasting always on operation (SRS has at least 3 years always on operation running on batteries I think, longer with sunlight) typical of all trijcon branded optics their selling point is long lasting illumination (such as their other fiber optic and tritium scopes).

I've read that the glare and reflection is very bad on the RS SRS, hence they are probably more suited for civilian use anyway on the range.

M16 spr

Hey there !

Just finished my custom paintjob for my G&G M16.

It got the classic army SPR front set kit installed.

My 3-9x scope is still drying and my 4x acog replica is on the way !

What do you think ?

This build was for usability and reliability as a highspeed outdoor setup but still allowing cqb maneuverability. I won't know about the reliability aspect till I've played a season with her but she handles and fires beautifully! Very comfortable from every position I've fired it in.
It was a combination of ideas, I couldn't find something just right so I made something that would work just right myself.

Yeah, it's the replica and it's alright. I look the look of it but I still prefer the T-1 micro.
