Well, if brand loyalty will play any role in this, I have a feeling it will be TT that wins, considering it is used by such a large chunk of deployed, deploying and many other dudes.

Thats still over a year from now, wait out an see what happens. Also, if we do leave Afghanistan that doesn't mean Canadian Soldiers won't be deployed to another conflict or come back to Afghanistan.

Oh I agree Brent, one of my fears is that whatever committee is in charge of selection isn't aware of the major problems SORD has created/been dealing with the past few years.

With so many troopies already using TT gear perhaps that will give it a leg up when it comes to feedback.... Can you imagine the bunfight that would start if we selected SORD products and a cdn paper did a whole "New military gear made in China" article?
