the m14 is quite the big gun so is the m16 and the g36E though rails and attachments are available for all to be honest it comes down to personal taste and preference. I'm going with an AK |

I also greatly enjoy messing with the minds of opponents, making them completely paranoid as to where I am. Last edited by Cyklops; August 29th, 2010 at 00:27.. |

Fair enough, sounds good to me. I also like knowing what the entire enemy team is doing without them knowing im even there, I guess you could say I can play recon as well. Maybe an smg could work too? Like an mp5 or ump 45?

my neighbor had one, the spring version, he and i broke it within 2 week the stock snapped off, the charging handle couldn't pull the "bolt" back, so it snapped off, so hope you better get a good one and keep that as a display for how awesome your parents to get you this

Check out the SCAR-L. It should be what your looking for, I'd recommend a VFC SCAR-L, you can get longer or shorter barrels for different games (indoor or outdoor). It also comes with a gun case (which you'll need), and has an extend-able/folding stock, is M4 mag compatible, has lots of rails for accessories, and has a pretty good mechbox out of the box. Its a little pricey, but you get what you pay for. Get age verified, and you'll be able to find out where to buy them and how much they cost.

Yeah, he has used it quite a bit, nearly every day. Its been through a lot and it still works perfectly fine. And good news! I sold my old bmx bike for over $100 so that goes towards my new gun fund....im 1/3 the way there!

If you want a nice sexy gun. I'd get an AUG. Same style as the FAMAS, but better. Depending if you want the A1, A2, or A3 you can put your own scope/sight on the A2s and 3s. Downside is that mags are bigger than most and harder to find and more expesive. TM or CA is the best, but they go for $600-$700. My friend uses a JG AUG and says no problems with it. Not sure how much those are worth.

You can't go wrong with an AK. the weight is a sign of reliability. I've been using my dboys AK-74 and I've been nothing but impressed with it. Simple, easy to maintain, easy to get good mags, accurate, and solid as a rock. At $400 I think it's pretty damn good.
