Got my base helmet together now thanks to huang!
Still waiting on a second V-Lite, and VIP Strobe/Manta/MS-2000 for the backside. Not sure what I want to stick on the back yet. I've got a Surefire helmet light ordered as well, should of been here today but the site I ordered it from had it back-ordered.

Some team mates and I got some of our kit water transfered, closest thing to cadpat we could possibly get.
This is a pic sent from the guy doing the transfer, will post better pics with everything back on it when I get it back. |

Why couldn't they water-transfer CADPAT? My understanding is that you can water-transfer pretty much anything you can get a digital pattern of...

We looked into getting cadpat but if there isnt already a pattern made, you can get one made, but its roughly $1000 for the master print cylinder to role the pattern plus materials.
Guy that did the water transfers is here in Kingston and he does it in his spare time. No website but here is his facebook page - how we got ahold of him. http://www.facebook.com/pages/Hydro-...32849913471540 Here is a link to all the camo patterns he can get too, just have to have him order them. http://www.watertransferprinting.com.../camo_gallery/ It cost us $40 per helmet to get done. I will report back when I actually have it in my hands on the quality of the finished product. |

Seems odd that a Canadian company/guy would get something more similar to MARPAT than CADPAT haha.

The company that produces the films is American. Although it looks alot like marpat, its actually called Tiger Stripe Woodland Digital.

Kevlar brain bucket I bought from a friend that never used it claimed it was too heavy.
Compared to my Steel Replica PASGT Not a bad replica Cloth Crash helmet I'm temped to source the communication headset for this helmet. |
