Finally got my new iron sights in the mail this morning so I thought I'd show off some of my eye candy.

Nice, but IMO your lower seems shiny, I personnally went the Krylon ultra flat black for the lower, and I love it !

I have a metal lower receiver coming in the mail . I'm terrified about about moving all the inner pieces in it though.

I'm going to be converting mine to a Mk18 Mod 2 inspired rifle. I'll keep you guys updated on the build.
Any more word on the STANAGs? I'm getting really tired of having to use 2 hands to get a mag out of the pouches...

Do you know which outer barrels the gun takes without much modification?

I'm going to try and get a KJW CQBR Barrel, but if I can't I will go for either a Daniel Defense or G&P. Does anybody know what the proper length outer barrel to use is? 10.5in or 11.5in?

KJW take any AEG front end with some very minor filing work to get the hop-up to fit nicely.

I heard there were issues with chamber depth.

For anyone who has done the TDC Hop up mod themselves can you tell me what tools exactly were used in the process. I'm feeling brave enough to do this as long as I can get the proper tools at my local fastenal store.

Drill bit size = ??
Tap Size = ??
Set Screw Length and TPI = ??

Thanks in advance!

I've read through all the pages and didn't see any information regarding this. As well I've message Travis from Cradle Airsoft. And lets just say he doesn't want to leak his R&D, and I don't blame him.

What techniques do you guys use to maintain the gun and magazines?

I read silicon grease on the oring, what else?
My magazine spring that feeds the BBs is very stiff. Does it need silicon grease/oil or will 3-in-1 oil do?

I just lube up the internals of the gun like I would RS, and use oil when I fill my mags. That's all you should have to do.

Hi,
since a couple weeks, I have a weird problem in full auto. When I shoot full auto after 3 to 4 shots, most of the time, the rate of fire decrease like there is no more gaz and finally jam at the 6th to 7th shot. I have to cock the gun and restart to shoot in semi, that is work perfect. The gaz is still there because, I can empty the mag with no problem in semi.
I tried for a test to empty a mag in full auto. And the rate of fire and power were decreasing after the 5th to 6th (same) but could go back to the normal rate and slow down again after the next 4 shot...Same cycle until the end.
It wasn't do that when I first bought it.
Note, I use a Craddle velocity reducer.
It's like the gaz pressure is unstable.
Do you have an idea of this problem?
