Like I said elsewhere on the forum, it seems like right now the low end AEGs are the ones with the most inflated price in Canada.
For most high end AEGs, you'll only pay twice the price, while you'll pay 3, 4 or even 5 times the price for the low end Chinese AEGs. Toyko Marui M4A1: $240 in Asia - $550 in Canada. VFC Scar: $420 in Asia - $950 in Canada. Jing Gong M4A1: $75 in Asia- $375 in Canada. JLS F2000: $100 in Asia - $550 in Canada One more reason to choose quality first. Doubling the price of something is how it used to be back in the late 90s when the Canadian dollar wasn't even worth $0.70. Ordering anything from the US was twice as expensive when you combined the exchange rate and the S&H fees. |

my friend has a jls f2000 and it sucks hop up drops bbs very fast and it can only take certain m4 hi-caps no locaps or anything. the plastic feels very cheap, but the only thing i like about this gun is the ergonomics

The JLS requires a simple 2 second mod to lo-caps to make 'em work.. You have to shave down about 2cm of useless plastic on the locaps to make it work. with the FN2000, you need to instantly replace the spring guide with one with berings, and the tappet plate. Trust me... I'm the one that got mark to import these.. I've done my reaserch and I'm willing to lead anyone else in the right direction concerning this gun. |
