I think FLYYE offers a complete package (RRV + MBSS back panel). Can't vouch for their quality but I'm fairly sure I saw that on ebay.

As for MBSS it's a complete unit, unlike the RRV you can't run it without the back.

i have the exact same vest with a few pouches added on to it and let me tell you, you will sweat a bit wearing it and i find the deltoid guards to be uncomfortable for a guy with skinny arms like me
