TF 3-08 represent! Good times - although Greg I know you were in MSG a little more than you liked at the time.

Another one replica from Russian fans. All materials are equal to real except IR black squares (it is dummy)

Kokanee, whats with some of your guys not knowing TCCS? On 1-08 we had a det from your unit at our COP for a little bit and I had to get into their Bison and reprogram all their radios, CIs and load crypto because apparently none of them knew how to do it.

Uggghhhhh! I know!

I was a SigOp before I went rubberhead, and I maintained currency on the system so when I landed @ the Regt it was no trouble to brush up. But for some reason there is a systemic resistance within the Unit on all levels regarding TCCCS / voice procedure / comms training. We don't use comms on any road moves, nor admin moves to go on Ex like to Meaford Etc....

I was one of two guys on 3-08 in my entire troop who knew how to use the system, because comms training is not part of our workup / BTS training. Frankly it's an embarrassment; I've given up the "we need to train our guys on TCCCS" fight long ago, just like the "why the f*&k are your boots covered in mud, you just showed up to work?" and "no you can't take off to go pick up your repaired xbox, we are running an Ex right now" fights..... Higher doesn't care, and the new "millennial baby" recruits get lippy and irate if you make them do anything they don't want to....

We are getting "21 EW" epaulets soon though vs "SIGNALS" so that should put a stop to the whole "what do you means you can't program a radio?" issue from randoms.
