in case you don't know, in game they said that Brotherhood of steel lost to this group of trooper which known as NCR elite ranger (NCR - New California Republic) when they battle out over Power Generator plant. and reduce into mole dweller because of it.

They often armed themselves with anti-material rifle (.50 cal sniper rifle), however, sometime you will see them with their revolver gun.

You also have to have skinny people running around with no clothes on but a mask and a rag, screaming like they are having soar throats! And maybe a gecko outfit.
