Guys, what is the closest airsoft gun to the FN FAL used by Canadian Forces in the 80's (before Diemaco\Colt Canada weapons were issued)?

The KA Long FAL would be closer than the CA FN SA58.

I got my hands on a KA FAL PARA that just screams Rhodesian war. Some guy in the UK has been making long type mags for KAs out of real mag shells, but they are stupidly expensive. Also, I have concerns that they may be too heavy for the airsoft mag catch and will lead to misfeeds, etc.

Why don't you swap internals from the KA short mags to the CA long mags?

The King Arms FN L1A1 would be closer to the FNC1 than the King Arms FN FAL.
So does anyone have a link to the guy in the UK making airsoft mags out of actual FN mags?? Juctim Omnimodo Michael |

Does anybody now wheter CA hop-up would fit KA FAL?
Or even better... are there any hop-up unit that fits KA FAL (i.g. G3, sig...) as it is impossible to find KA spare hopup unit? |

don't think so.
PM Jugglez (runs Airsoftparts.ca) and see if he can have KA send him one. |
