my 2 cents:
-bandana to keep the sweat above te goggles
-kneepads are vital if you like your knees.
-go for a chest rig instead of a big vest.
-a boonie hat is the best rain headgear
-you don't need a sidearm unless you WANT more gear and more problems.
-you need water but you'll use a bottle more often than a camel back and it'll taste better.
also a bottle doesn't have straps that go in the way of the gunsling, vest, pouches, radios etc...
-radios are a plus for big fields, you don't need a radio to skirmish.

you ABSOLUTELY need good boots.

I'll say my 2 cents and bedone:
-ok a basic first aid kit wouldn't hurt either. Pick on up at Can tire in the camping section for like $10.

-And if your camel back isn't camo'd you can by some of the krylon camo system paint(its in a spray can in the paint section of Can Tire) and paint up yours. That is if your willing to do so. Khaki, OD and Brown work well when mixed.

-A multitool is good as well cause you never know when scissors or pliers or a can opener can come in handy.

Very helpful, thank you everyone for the directions on what to do. I am still unaware of which gun I will chose to pick up, but as for camo for that, how should it be done?

I see lots of people putting straps on part of their gear, (Or elastics)
They seem to take pieces of the environment they are playing with and attach them. This a good thing to do?

Thanks again
