Unfortunatelly, capacity and quallity of cells has serious impact on rof. I just tested several batteries on several guns, same results on different springs (85, 100 and 120):
Intellect mini type sucks (when the only point of interest is rof). 8 intellect 1400 cells had much lower rps rate then 8 cells crp 4000 mah cells. 9 gp 1300 mah cells had the same rof as 9 intellect 3600 cells (as one would expect - once you have enough capacity OR good cells, rof is maxed).
8 intellect 2000mah (AA) cells would not even turn 120 spring when outside temperature is below 10 degrees C. No problem for gp 1300 cells (mini type), or any other big type cell.
And funny thing is, intellect is considered a good cell.
About stock type, full is good for battery freedom, but sling can damage it. It's quite fragile, so I would not recommend you to wear it. And be careful not to fall on it (you need it for batteries).
