Looks like either a work hardening fault or poor tempering of the spring, I'm going to put my money on the latter.
That's a really weird thing to happen, considering prometheus doesn't even make tappet plates because they can't make them to their high standards of reliability. |

Nope, nothing else was damaged, just some faint scratches inside the piston. Ill know more when I get the new spring in and see how it works after.
